We had a very specific client brief for the Hefferen House. Being an art collector, the client wanted the house design and function to adopt a gallery type feel.⁠

As the owners have a growing family the focus was to keep the property’s original character & focus on improving its size & function.

The Winterfell House

The homeowners had a very clear direction of what they wanted this property to become.

Whilst they were focusing on ‘freshening up’ the property, with no plans of complete demolitions or major reconstructions, there was still substantial amount of construction required from our team.
