We had a very specific client brief for the Hefferen House. Being an art collector, the client wanted the house design and function to adopt a gallery type feel.
As the owners have a growing family the focus was to keep the property’s original character & focus on improving its size & function.
The clients requested a functional and spacious home that would accommodate a growing family.
With the owners wanting to keep a lot of the original features of the home, there was a lot of focusing on restoring rather than complete reconstructions.
The homeowners had a very clear direction of what they wanted this property to become.
Whilst they were focusing on ‘freshening up’ the property, with no plans of complete demolitions or major reconstructions, there was still substantial amount of construction required from our team.
